Federal Enforcement Trends in Digital Assets & Crypto

The Federal Criminal Law Committee for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania is pleased to announce its quarterly membership meeting and CLE program—for the first time in several years, in person—hosted and sponsored by Ballard Spahr on Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 5:00 pm at 1735 Market Street, Philadelphia.  FCLC Executive Committee Member and Ballard Spahr partner Terence M. Grugan will moderate a panel discussion on developments in Digital Assets and Cryptocurrency Enforcement. The panel will include:

• Kelly L. Gibson, co-leader of the securities enforcement practice at Morgan Lewis
• Peter D. Hardy, co-leader of the Anti-Money Laundering Team at Ballard Spahr
• Gina M. Parlovecchio, partner at Mayer Brown, and former chief of the International Narcotics and Money Laundering Section for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, EDNY

We are excited to see everyone in person! Refreshments will be served and sponsored by Ballard Spahr. For registrants who want to participate virtually, a login link will be sent to registered participants before the event.

One hour of CLE credit will be provided.
