Getting Back To Trial: Post Pandemic Federal Criminal Trials

The Federal Criminal Law Committee for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania is pleased to announce its quarterly meeting and CLE program and luncheon on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Noon.  FCLC Member and Co-Chair of the White Collar and Government Investigations Practice at Montgomery McCracken, Lathrop Nelson, will moderate a panel discussion on recent trial experiences of the panelists post pandemic. The panel will include:

  • Michael A. Schwartz, Chair of Troutman Pepper’s White Collar and Government Investigations Practice Group
  • Keir Bradford-Grey, Litigation Partner and Member of Montgomery McCracken’s White Collar and Government Investigations Practice Group
  • Joseph D. Mancano, Founder of Mancano Law PLLC

For those who want to attend in person, Montgomery McCracken is sponsoring the luncheon at their offices located at 1735 Market Street, 21st Floor, Philadelphia, PA.

One hour of CLE credit will be provided, with accreditation in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, with the potential for ethics credit in Pennsylvania and New York.
