Proposed Changes to Criminal Discovery Rules in Light of the COVID-19 Pandemic

Ann Flannery will be moderating a discussion with panelists Patrick Egan, Peter Vaira, and Katie Recker on proposed changes to the criminal discovery rules in light of the COVID-19 pandemic in this Zoom meeting. This event will qualify for 1 CLE credit hour.

We will also conduct elections for FCLC officers for 2021 at this meeting. The FCLC nominating committee has submitted the following candidates for FCLC officer positions for 2021:
Chair – Patrick Hromisin, Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr
Vice Chair – Jessica Natali, Greenberg Traurig
Treasurer – Carolyn Kendall, Post & Schell
Secretary – Mark Lee, Blank Rome
