Stored Communications Act and Cell Site Technology: Navigating the Law in an Evolving Landscape

Please join us for an important CLE (1 credit) regarding the Stored Communications Act and government access to cell site information at 12:00 noon, Post & Schell, P.C. on December 7, 2017. Our panel will review the Stored Communications Act, and how courts have wrangled with its warrant requirements and parameters with constantly evolving technology. A forensic expert will explain the limitations of data gathered, for use by defense counsel in motion practice and at trial.

This will be the Annual Meeting and the membership will vote for 2018 officers.
