FCLC of EDPA Quarterly (Virtual) Meeting and CLE: “The Jury’s Out: Handling Juries in the Post-COVID World From Selection to Verdict and Beyond”

The Federal Criminal Law Committee for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania is pleased to announce its quarterly (virtual) meeting and CLE program on Thursday, March 24, at 12 noon. Past FCLC Chair Ronald Levine (Post & Schell) will moderate a panel discussion on aspects of practice before juries including voir dire, use of jury consultants, social media, observing the jury in the COVID era, and juror misconduct. The panel will include:

• Elizabeth Ainslie, Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis (Ret’d.)
• Ann Flannery, Law Offices of Ann C. Flannery, LLC
• Angie Halim, Esquire

One hour of CLE credit will be provided, with accreditation in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, and ethics credit in Pennsylvania and New York.
